What:  Polar workouts were no longer transferring to Go365 due to technical reasons.

 

When:  This started back on April 2, 2017.

 

Update:  A fix was implemented this past weekend (July 22). Polar workouts will now transfer to Go365.

 

What else?   We are going to do our best to get all previous workouts pulled into the Go365 systems (back to 4/2).  This process could take a few days.  Once the workouts are received, the Points will award shortly thereafter.

What is happening? Attempts to login to the Go365 Community lead to a 500 Server Error.   This happens when users click “Login” or attempt to ask a question/leave a comment.

 

Why is this happening? The Go365 Community is undergoing some annual maintenance.

 

Who is it affecting? All Go365 Community members

 

When will this be resolved? Access to the Community via login will be restored on Tuesday morning (July 4).

In the meantime, you can access all existing content without needing to login.
