iPhone App Users Unable to Login Will Need to Update App

What is Happening? Users of the Go365 mobile app for iPhone are receiving an error message when logging in.  This is a known issue and our team has found a resolution.

 

What is the message? It is "Login failed. We are unable to log you in right now. Please try again in a few minutes"

 

What should I do?  To resolve the matter, you will need to update the Go365 mobile app.  You can do this by going to the App Store and clicking on the “Updates” tab.  Once updated, the ability to login will be restored.
