What’s going on?   Garmin workouts may not be transferring to Go365 for some users.

 

Who does it affect?  Garmin users who have their account linked to Go365.

 

When did this start?  Workouts dating back to Oct 4 may not have transferred to Go365.

 

What should I do?   Nothing at this time.  Our team is working with Garmin to resolve the data issues.

 

When will it be fixed?   We are hoping to have this resolved in the next 24-48 hours.
