What is happening? Go365 is currently investigating a connection error between Go365 and Anytime Fitness.
Who is affected? Only members who are currently connecting a new Anytime Fitness membership to Go365. If you have connected your Anytime Fitness account in the past, you will not be affected.
What does this mean for me? If you are attempting to connect an Anytime Fitness membership to Go365, you may receive a "Connection to your account has failed" error.
What do I need to do? Please reach out to Customer Service for alternative methods for the time being.
