When it comes to fat, not all fats are created equal. In fact, some fats are actually good for us, including the heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids found in avocados. Mashing avocado together with low fat plain yogurt, lime juice and fresh cilantro creates a rich, creamy, and healthy dressing for chicken salad that your whole family will love.
