Browse through the different categories within the Go365 Community. Find specific questions and answers based on what you are looking for.

 

Participating is easy

Have a question? Use the Search Bar to see if anyone has already answered it. Don’t see your question? Use the Ask a Question bar to start a new discussion and get answers from Customer Care and other members of the community.

 

If you can’t find what you’re looking for with the Ask a Question bar, try an advanced search. Click the magnifying glass near the upper-right corner of any community page. Type your search words and hit Return. Then use the advanced search tools to find what you need.

 

Stay up to date with Activity Stream

The Activity Stream displays the latest replies to the discussions and topics that you’re following. Customize your stream by following topics, and reply to discussions, change your email preferences, and view unanswered questions—all from a single page.

 

Updates

Keep track of known system issues and updates through special announcements. Announcements will be located at the top of the home page for the Go365 Community and may be shared to your email if needed.

Any forms for submissions can be submitted on www.go365.com or the Go365 Mobile app within 90 days of the Activity.
