How I made changes with Go365®
What I really like about using the Go365 program is that it creates challenges and also measures results. We have been able to see people at any level, begin the program and see benefits of it. We have even begun to see employees taking less sick time as a result.
One part of the program that I really enjoy is getting rewarded for fitness activities. One of the easiest ways to earn Points is done by participating in an athletic event such as local run 5k 10k or higher. Every time that I go to my fitness facility and check in, it logs that I was there and I get Points for that as well.
Our company had a 30 day Step Challenge and the results really helped with promoting good health and wellbeing. It has led to a sense of Community and a great boost to morale among team members.
What’s the key takeaway you’d like to share?
It’s almost as if anything that contributes to your good health you can earn Points for with the Go365 program. Fitness Habits lead to making healthier choices, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or sleeping at least 7 or more hours a night.
No matter where you are at in your fitness level, you will enjoy being a part of it.
You can do it, too
Go365 is customized just for you — based on your individual wellness, you can complete recommended activities and receive rewards. No matter where you are now, you can kick-start a wellness journey with Go365! If you’re a Go365 member, go to Go365.com and review your account or download the app.
Statements have been modified slightly to add context and/or clarity. Go365 is not an insurance product. Not available with all Humana health plans. We are committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in Go365 are available to all members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a Go365 reward, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact Go365’s Customer Care team by signing in to Go365.com and using the secure live chat feature on the bottom right of the screen or by calling the number on the back of your member ID card, and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your healthcare practitioner) to develop another way to qualify for the reward.
