How I made changes with Go365®

My biggest challenge has been emotional eating – I don't want to be left out of what others are eating.

Or I turn to foods or drink in emotional times of anger, frustration, tiredness, or being overwhelmed. Living Lean, a nutrition Course offered through Go365, has showed me how and why I do this, how to not feel bad about it, how to have my power of choice back.

 

I happened across the program as our company took on new insurance. It truly seems like I finally found my true source of my problem and a true solution. I'm just in the beginning…but I already feel differently than I ever have about food and my emotional eating.

 

In addition, I have tools I can use for all areas of my life and how to finally alter my thinking for good on eating well/being healthy. Go365 has shown me what is healthy and encouraged it by monetary incentives which are huge for me. It has made my husband and me competitive in steps which is helping us both physically, and is a fun way for us to connect.

 

 

What’s the key takeaway you’d like to share?

Living Lean nailed everything I ever needed to hear about how to start the journey to being healthy. It will help you truly see why and how to transform your beliefs, which will lead to your actions, which will lead to life-long change. I truly think just listening to even the first sessions would help so much in your first steps.

The Living Lean course offered through Go365 is led by SelfHelpWorks. The course is an  self-management tool associated with better nutritional habits.
