How I made changes with Go365®

A year ago, I didn't exercise at all and I was overweight. My wakeup call began when I completed my Biometric Screening last year. Based on my numbers, my Go365 age was 10 years older than my actual age. Because I have a desk job, there is little exercise unless I make a point for there to be, which was not a priority was at the time. I think I behaved this way just because it was the easier choice. I wanted to have more energy and lead a healthier life.


Once I started Go365, I became more aware of how much of the day that I was not active. I purchased a FitBit and together with Go365, I have begun to move more and get active. I started walking and tracking my steps. I also joined Weight Watchers. Together, along with Go365, I have made so much progress with my health.


My weight has been a challenge as well as lack of movement. I am now moving more now and tracking what I eat and I have seen results.

What’s the key takeaway you’d like to share?

You can do this! It is never easy to get started, but after you do it is so rewarding to see results. Go365 has helped me with the educational videos as well as being able to track my steps. Even if it sounds silly, numbers do motivate me. Being able to see my Points add up motivates me to keep going!


I have lost 40 pounds and try to get 10,000 steps a day now. I do fall short of my goal on steps some days, but more days than not, I hit my goal and then some. Either way, this is so much better than what I've done in the past.
