Withings Health Mate



How to Connect Withings Health Mate to Go365



Go to and sign in using your Go365 username and password.


From your Dashboard: 

Select "Quick Links"


Select "Connect and Manage Devices"

In available devices search for Withings click "Go"

Select "Connect"

Enter your Withings login information and click sign in


Please be sure to use your Withings username and password, if you do not remember your password or do not have a Withings account there are options to assist you on the Withings page.

Select "Allow this app"

Congratulations! Your account is connected! 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your data to flow to Go365 and your Points to start awarding! 


 Using the Go365 Mobile App

Sign into your account on the Go365 mobile app with your Go365 username and password


From your Dashboard:

Select "More" for IOS users or the "Three Bar icon" for Android users

Select "Account & Settings"

Select "App & Device Connections"




Find Withings under "Not Connected" devices

"Connect with Go365"

Enter your Withings email and password login


Select "Allow this App"


You will see a notification whether the device/app connected successfully. Withings will also appear under “Connected Devices” Under your app & device connections. 

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your data to transfer to Go365 and any Points to award.
