How to Connect Polar, Using Go365.com

 

Visit www.go365.com and sign in using your Go365 username and password.

Click on Quick Links and Connect and Manage Devices

 

 

 

 

Scroll through the list and find “Polar” Click on “Connect” underneath it

 

 

When you click on “Connect,” a pop-up window will open. You will be prompted to sign into your account for Polar.

 

 

 

 

After typing in your Polar account credentials, click “Login” and both accounts will be connected!

The connection can take up to 24-48 hours to process, be sure to continue to sync your activity frequently.

Polar devices are compatible to send step, calories and heart rate data for daily Workouts. Per Polar, the device must be able to track their "24/7 Activity" for step data. 

 

Steps tracked by your Polar device, must be tracked over the full day and not within a specific workout to calculate. If you are only wearing your polar device for a workout, start and stop your workout, only calorie and heart rate data would apply for the Daily Workout. 

 

All wearable devices currently sold by polar are able to track steps, not including chest straps or heart rate only trackers.
