How to Connect Fitbit, Using Go365.com

 

Visit Go365 Wellness and Rewards Program | Go365 and sign in using your Go365 username and password.

 

Click on Quick Links and Connect and Manage Devices

 

 

Scroll through the list and find “Fitbit.” Click on “Connect” underneath it

 

 

When you click on “Connect,” a new tab in your web browser will open. You will be prompted to sign into your account for Fitbit.

 

 

After typing in your Fitbit account credentials, click “Authorize app” and both accounts will be connected!

 

**Please be sure to allow all data to be shared with Go365 to avoid missing data.

 

How to Connect Fitbit, Using the Go365 Mobile App

 

Sign into your account on the Go365 mobile app. (Google Play; iTunes)

 

Android users: Tap the “Menu” icon on the dashboard then tap “Account & Settings.” iOS users: Tap the “More” menu icon, then tap “Account Settings” or the “Profile” icon on the dashboard.

 

 

Tap “App and device connections.”

 

 

Scroll down the list and tap on “Fitbit.”

 

 

Read the notification and tap “Connect with Go365.”

 

 

Sign into your Fitbit account and consent to connecting with Go365.

 

 

You will see a notification whether the device/app connected successfully. And you should also see it appear under “Connected Devices.”

 

**Please be sure to allow all data to be shared with Go365 to avoid missing data.

 

Sync Tip: You must sync your compatible Fitbit device with Fitbit on a regular basis. This sync allows data to flow through to Go365. Please allow 24 hours from the time you sync your device with Fitbit for Points to reflect on your Go365 Statement.
