Fitness Habit

 

 

Go365 has many activities that you can do to earn Points and rewards. One of the activities is a Fitness Habit. A Fitness Habit is an activity that you can decide to do each month. You control the duration and the frequency of the activity to better personalize it for your life and well-being!

 

Each month you can be awarded 25 Points for a completed Fitness Habit Activity and only one Fitness Habit can be awarded each month.

 

You can select your Fitness Habit through the Go365 Mobile app from your activities section. Select the plus ( + ) in the upper right hand corner and select the Fitness Habit.

 

 

 

 

From here you can select the Type, Frequency and Duration.

 

Type includes:

Walking Breaks

Take the stairs

Park farther away

Stretching

Visit a park

Walk your dog

 

Then select how many times you would like to complete and how many weeks you would like to complete the activity. 

 

 

 

 

When your activity is completed, you will be asked to submit photo proof of your activity. Please note, you will only have to submit one photo at the end of the activity. You will not need to take multiple photos during the length of your activity. Check out the post below for information on submitting your photo proof.
