Getting started on your well-being is not only focusing on your physical well-being, but focusing on your mind as well. For this, Go365 has a weekly log activity to focus on Mindfulness. 

 

 

What is the Mindfulness Weekly Log?

Using one of two compatible apps associated with Go365, you can complete tasks to improve mindfulness and help with your overall health and well-being. 

 

 

What are the compatible apps? 

 

Five-Minute Journal - This is a journaling app that allows you to journal your thoughts, create lists, save photos and quotes.

Please note: There is a one time fee of $4.99 to register within the app. 

 

 

 

MyLife (Formerly: Stop. Breathe. Think.) - This is a meditation app that recommends short guided meditations and mindfulness activities.

 

 

 

How do I connect these apps to Go365?

You will need to download the app to your phone from the App Store or Google Play Store. 

 

Connect it through the Go365 Mobile app:

When you have created your account with either app, you can connect it to Go365. Please be sure that you are using your email and password login when connecting. The Facebook option will not allow the data to be shared.

How do I earn Points?

After your device has been connected, be sure that the Mindfulness Weekly Log activity is set. Open and use the app at least once per week to receive 10 Points per week for the weekly log.

Please note: There is a max of 10 Points able to be earned across all of the Weekly Logs. You may have multiple logs set, however, only the first one to register for that week will award.
