Withings Health Mate

Withings Health Mate is a compatible device with Go365. If you currently use a Withings device, you can connect it and earn Points with Go365!

 

How to connect Withings Health Mate 

 

What type of data is eligible with Withings?

Withings will share step, calorie and blood pressure data with Go365. All data must be logged with a Withings device and not manually logged. 

 

Device and Workout Guide 

 

Please note: Blood pressure data received from devices would not eligible for Biometric Screening Points. If eligible for a blood pressure activity, it will be listed as a Weekly Log activity for you in your Mobile App Actvities. Go365 Mobile App Activities 

 

Why is my data not transferring to Go365?

Withings Health Mate also has an option for other apps and devices to be connected. Please be sure that you are only using a Withings Device with the Withings Health Mate app. Any other apps or devices will not be verified and activities from that device are not eligible. Check the Link below for more information on Withings devices.

Please note: Only Verified Data will transfer to Go365 from any compatible devices. If you have a question on what qualifies as verified data, check out How Your Workout Data is Sent and Verified with Go365 

 

Withings Health Mate Mobile App Version

In order to assist with troubleshooting your Withings data, you may be asked to find the system version of your Withings Health Mate app. 

 

To find the app version:

  • Open Withings Health Mate on your phone
  • Click on "Profile"
  • Click on Settings (Gear Icon)
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page to see the app version
