I have anxiety and depression and I have been ready some articles about stress. I believe these things come from the stress in my life so I am wondering how other people manage stress and what works best for you. I have started journaling but I lose focus and interest really easily.

I quit drinking pop over a year ago. But I see that I am having more swelling in my legs and ankles. I am active and walk over 5000 steps daily,  sometimes  more.  I take 25mg of hits but that doesn't seam to help much.  Plus I have severe arthritis in my ankles.  I have lost 48 pounds this past year and would like to loose 75 more.  What can i do… (Show more)
