    When I go into 'App & device connections', I get a message saying "a general exception has occured" and it goes to a blank page

      I was able to go into this page previously and point it at the samsung health application.  That seems to be working.  I purchased a Garmin Vivosmart HR and now that I have it paired with the phone, when I try to add it to Go365, I get this exception.
