My fitbit is my primary device and I just noticed that my steps from my fitbit did not download June 21-July 1. I already disconnected the fitbit from Go365 and reconnected it, but that has not helped. Is there something else I can do?
Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account weekly to avoid missing data. Fitbit can only send the last 7 consecutive days at a time. Your steps have been updated and your Points will award within the next 24-48 hours.
