Hello all!

Little frustrated, my wife lost all of her bucks but not points. We didn’t order anything, only browsed the mall. Nothing ordered on our history. Logged in one day with excess of 6,000 bucks (unsure on the specific amount) then the next day it was gone.

 

Can someone from the support team help me out. Thank you!
