I must be missing something. I go for a 5 mile run using the strava app and I only get 25 points? How in the world am I supposed to get to 10,000 for the month?
I apologize for the frustration with your Daily Workouts. Calorie workouts are awarded 5 Points for every 100 calories burned, as long as the burn rate averages 200 calories burned per hour. If you burned 500 calories 25 Points would be correct.
Why do you only have a month to reach Platinum Status? You will have the year to reach the different Status Levels with Go365. The only other exception to that rule would be with any employer incentives.
