There is currently a syncing issue with Shealth sharing data with Go365. Our IT department is currently working with Shealth on a solution. When you are connecting Shealth through the Go365 Mobile app, if you do not get the option to share data, you will be unable to connect it.
If you find yourself with this issue, unfortunately there is no work around to get it to connect. You will have to check out the Device and Workout Guide to see a complete list of compatible devices.
