My steps have stopped syncing from yesterday and today.  I show no activity on 7/16 or 7/17.  How do i force Go365 to update my steps?

My Fitbit is synced, but no steps are being logged by Go365, even though they are by my Fitbit. How do I force an update so it gets the right data and I get my points?
