My Fitbit is synced, but no steps are being logged by Go365, even though they are by my Fitbit. How do I force an update so it gets the right data and I get my points?
Thank You for your question. Your daily workout points can take up to 24 hours to view after you sync your device. I researched your account and can see your steps through today. You can view your points through yesterday.

Thank you, my steps have shown up, but the Challenges remain uncompleted. Is that normal as well?
I can see you are in 3 active challenges. There are steps showing in all 3 challenges. Challenges are the last system for you to see your steps; once you can see steps under daily workout it will be shortly after you will be able to see them on challenges.
Please note that you can join as many challenges as you wish, however are rewarded 50 points each - limited to two per month.
