My points are not showing in my go365 app since November 17th. I show all my steps on my tracking device but the go365 app won't even let me take my tracker off to reinstall it.devi

Everytime I go to the go 365 app it says my device is not secure and emails me a passcode to enter. Then it says after login to to reset my password but there is no way to do that.
