I spent almost $300 and the cashiers and managers were completely clueless regarding this card and I was suppose to save 25% with this card for my healthy item, which were mostly what I bought. I am VERY UNHAPPY as it is Christmas time and the store is packed. Tried chatting with go365 rep and they said it was not scanned which was NOT the case. Anyone else had this happen? I would love to get a resolution instead of nothing. I went out of my way to shop there because of the supposed savings.
