how can I fix my iphone to log in?
Are you attempting to sign into the app by entering an email address as your username? If so, the app will not allow you to sign in. You need to use your actual username. If you are unsure of what that is, please click "forgot your username" and enter your information to retrieve it.
I am using my user name, I can sign in on computer but not my phone. I still get the error message.
Can you please delete the Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app?
Make sure you are manually typing both username and password. Also ensure that your phone is not incorrectly capitalizing the first character, if applicable.
I'm sorry but it still tells me
login failed, an error occurred, try again. I deleted app, restarted my phone and reinstalled app.
So a different error is received now, is that correct?
