I confirmed that the app Stop, Breathe, and Think is connected, and I do exercise using the app at least five times a week. Yet, I have not been receiving weekly points in over 12 weeks.
We apologize for any concerns going on with your MindBody application and Go365. I have attempted to retrieve the data, but was not successful which could mean that the application is not connected any longer.

I am still not getting points and the app is definitely connected. I have a screenshot from the Go365 app showing the connection. How can this issue be resolved?
