I see that others are having the same issue. Please investigate and do not assume that we do not know how to use the card. I've used it for over 2 years. I've attached a picture of the receipt. Thank you!
Sorry for any issues with your Healthy Foods card. Looks like you were working with another rep and they found that the card was used in late May with discounts applied. I do not see any issues. If you run into any issues please feel to reach out for more hands-on assistance. Thanks.
Where do you see that the card worked in May? When I log on to GO365 and look at the HealthyFoods savings statement for the family, the last discount applied was in April. Here is a screen shot of the account:
I see it was used on 5/23 but no discounts qualified.
