It sounds like you are having some trouble completing the 2-step verification process, to access your Go365.com account. Each time you attempt to sign in, you will be sent a new verification code to your email, until your account is verified. When attempting to sign into Go365.com, you will enter your username and password, click sign in, retrieve the verification code from your email (keep the Go365 sign in screen open when navigating to your email), and then enter the verification code.
