Why do I consistently have trouble with transfer of steps?

My data from my Fitbit is not transferring to my challenges or Giving me verified workouts. I have disconnected and connected my device and nothing has updated. How can I fix this? This is not the first time my data has fallen behind and I am in the app or online with Go365 every single day so it should be active. Thanks
