I have logged in and out, restarted my phone, checked the health app connection. Still not updating. How do I get my points to show up?
To refresh your Apple Health connection, you will need to delete your Go365 mobile app, restart your phone, reinstall the app, and then reconnect Apple Health.

When reconnecting, be sure to "turn all categories on" to allow all data types to be shared with us. Let me know when you have completed these steps!
I am having the same issue too. I’ve disconnected and re-connected my Fitbit, turned my phone off and restarted and am missing complete and accurate information regarding my steps from 9/19-present.
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated! The more you sync your Fitbit tracker with your Fitbit account, the more quickly the data will transfer over to Go365. Keep up the great work!
