I haven’t been receiving points for steps since Thursday September 25th
This is a known issue.

I have not either. and i called support and they had no answer. I wonder if it has to do the the IOS update?
So are we just supposed to wait till they figure something out?

Same for me and several others. Support no real help - said they were aware fo a "technical issue" and recommended deleting app and reinstalling, which did not help. I don't think it is an IOS issue because I had the IOS 14 update on my phone for a week before the syncing issue arose,
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well - which also did not help. Fitbit says its Go 365's issue but support is no help -- "aware of a technical issue" but then telling you to delete/reinstall the app is not a very comforting solution.
Well, it gets better. This AM they told me to again disconnect apple health and reconnect. NOW they just sent out an email acknowledging the issue and stating "Important Note - Please do NOT disconnect or reconnect your device at this time." So who knows how badly my account is messed up now.
I'm having the same issue, last time my steps sync'd was 09/24/20. I pretty much did everything but still nothing.
