The Go365 app hasn’t updated my steps or awarded my points since last week Thursday. I’ve disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit twice.
This is a known issue.

Okay, so I see the ‘Important Note’ to not disconnect or reconnect my device – which I’ve done. What impact will that have?
I am not sure until they provide us with an more information.
Did you reconnect your fitbit? If you did, check to see that the fitbit app is showing your most recent steps.
You might want to screenshot your total steps at the end of each day just in case.
My Fitbit app is showing all of my steps for the last 5 days, including my current steps today.
Great! Just in case, please make sure you screenshot those dates/step totals for your records.
