I completed an activity. When I tap on the activity it says to submit a photo to redeem the points. The button to do that step is missing. Will Humana honor my effort and give me the points?

After watching my points all summer, I still do not seem to get any points for Strava.  My understanding from the guide is that I should get points for whichever activity yields the most points in a day.  I don't see that I am ever getting points with Strava, even when my points from steps are low.  Also, I've never been awarded points for home… (Show more)

My go 365 app has not synced points for my step on the apple health app since 12/05. It was working prior to that date. I can also see my current health app steps but it is not providing points for them.

Here we go again. This is why I’m about to DITCH this app. This was an issue at the end of September , right at the end of a Go365 step challenge. That’s right. YOUR SPONSORED STEP CHALLENGE. Here it is 3 1/2 weeks later. My pints aren’t updating. I got partial credit for for yesterday: 13 points out of what should be 21. Same thing happened… (Show more)

I also have a Garmin Vivoactive 4, I was given only 4 workout points yesterday 10/21/2020, but the Go365 Statement shows more than 10,000 steps   more that 200 calories burnt which I did in less than 1 hour.

In August I redeemed bucks for gift cards and never received my email. I no longer work for my company so I don’t have access to my order history and the gift card codes. Can my order email be resent to my email address so I can redeem?
