My phone (Samsung Galaxy J7) is still not connecting correctly or counting my daily steps. I try to join or create a challenge and it tells me an error has occured along with my fitbit not syncing to go365 since 9/6/19. I've disconnected and reconnected and nothing has helped.   Suggestions? I nerd this to sync so I can progress closer to platinum!

Samsung has fixed their issue with sHealth connecting to all their partners including Humana.   Please uninstall/reinstall your Go365 application and reconnect your device to ensure valid sync takes place.    For more information, check here:   How to connect Samsung Health

The go365 app works on my phone; I can log in. However, every time I try to access the website from my home computer, the page crashes. I've tried both IE and Chrome. I've done the 2-step verification process, but the page is immediately unresponsive.
