How do I use the Beacon Check in from my Go365 Mobile App?
Please follow the instructions below.
Please make sure that the Participating Fitness Facility that you are trying to connect to has the Beacon Technology. Not all Facilities have the Beacon available.
Keep in mind that location services and Bluetooth must be on to wirelessly check in and get rewarded. You must also have a valid data connection to your smartphone carrier’s internet connection or available Wi-Fi connection.
How Do I find a Participating Fitness Facility with a Beacon?
Is there a way to set up a beacon? Or are you just out of luck if a particular facility does not have a beacon?
Unfortunately, the only way to use a beacon is if the facility has a beacon at their location. If the facility is interested, they can reach out to us to set up a beacon at their location.
My facility does have a beacon system and GO365 does not consistently work.
Sometimes I get my points and sometimes I don't.
My beacon will not be recognized on a regular basis and therefore do not receive points. 10/29 was one of those days. Wish someone would help me out

My facility has register beacon and I do NOT receive point consistently. I have asked for help through a direct email that I was told would shorten this process...but nothing has been done or even gotten a response. Days this week that have not been credited to my account are 11/5; 11/6 and 11/7. Somebody help me out and award my 30 points.
