    Not counting dental points


      It says that my dental exam points are not being awarded.  I attempted to upload proof, but do not know if it took.  Why is this an issue?

          Hi Rebecca,


          Generally, you see a confirmation message after you submit via our submission portal on the site/app.  After that, it takes anywhere from a few hours to a day for the screening to post on the statement.


          I advise checking the Go365 Points Statement for the date of service.  You'll see it there.
