When I log into Shop, my bucks balance is over 13000, then it changes to just over 7000.... can you explain this?

No ma'am, we have not made any changes. I was super bummed! I've been

From the looks of it, you are experiencing a weird display error that I've seen on a few accounts. If you wait a few moments, the Bucks total will flash and then show you a second number. The 13,450 Bucks total is the amount that shows for those who experience the error. That number is inaccurate. The second number shown, is the correct and valid Bucks total.
