Not receiving Bucks

Since 02/14/18 I have not received my daily Bucks for my Garmin connected workouts. It says that i have exceeded the maximum Bucks for this activity. That is not true. I am nowhere near the 30,000 yearly limit on Bucks. Can someone please help with this?
