The program shows that my Lowes' gift cards have been delivered but I have not yet received them.  Does this mean that they will arrive soon or that someone else has received them?

The gift cards are electronic and sent to you by email. If you did not receive the email, the information is also online.

For orders placed in a previous plan year, click "Order history - prior years" to download the information to Excel.

To have the codes provided, please do one of the following:

• Call the number on the back of your Go365 member ID card
• Send a secured message via our message center on Go365.com.  The message center can be accessed by logging into the Go365 dashboard and clicking on envelope icon in the blue menu bar.
