My Health App on my iphone7 is not syncing to my Go365 app. It is not showing any activity since March 22nd. It is NOT because I have not signed in to the app regularly... I noticed this a few weeks ago but thought it was just a glitch. But it has continued to not transfer the activity. I have deleted the Go365 app from my iPhone and re-added it, but still have the same problem. What do I do? This is causing me to lose a lot of points!
Did you recently get a new phone? Please follow the steps below:
• Uninstall the Go365 Mobile app
• Check that you have the most up to date system or IOS
• Restart your phone
• Reinstall the Go365 Mobile App
