    Adding steps


      my steps have not added since Sunday. What is the problem?

          We have not received any data from your Fitbit since 4/22. Please confirm the data is showing on Fitbit.com please.

          • Please log in at Fitbit.com
          • If you cannot see the data, you have likely logged into the wrong Fitbit account or your device is not syncing to your Fitbit account. Please contact Fitbit for assistance at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX.
          • If you can see the data please disconnect and reconnect the account you verified on Fitbit.com with your Go365 account.
