Are your steps showing on the Fitbit account that you have connected with Go365?

Then, unfortunately, it appears the incorrect Fitbit account is linked with Go365.
Please choose "Disconnect" under Fitbit on the Connect & Manage Devices page. Then follow, How do I connect a Fitness Device? to reconnect your Fitbit account.
Make sure to sign into Fitbit.com prior to completing these steps, to ensure you know the email and password for the Fitbit account that your current step data is displaying on.
