I have not received points since 4/1. I have sent 3 email messages and although I did receive 1 response, over 10 days ago, saying the problem would be looked into, Ive yet to hear anything else. In that time I’ve done severalbike rides, lots of walks, a biometric screening, and joined competitions. This is very frustrating. Please help!
I apologize that this has yet to be resolved. I have alerted our IT department and will be corrected in 2-3 days. Once corrected all of your activities will then award the proper Points.
