    Go365 isn't keeping an accurate step count


      I have Samsung Health and go365 isn't syncing correctly.  I've lost out on points because the steps aren't accurately updated.  I am not doing as well in challenges because my steps are shown incorrectly.  I have tried uninstalling and  reinstalling the app. Please help!
