My FitBit has stopped syncing again since 4/10/2018 and is still not working. How do I get credit for the steps that I am walking? I am checked my connection with FitBit. I am getting weekly walking reports. This is constant and I am loosing out on my steps in the 100 Day Dash. It looks like I am not participating. Thanks
Your steps and Points have now been updated.
Please allow 24-48 hours for all of the steps to come over after syncing your device. The more frequently you sync your device (and ensure they are displaying on your Fitbit account), the more quickly they will transfer to your Go365 account.
