You can track your weight and eating habits by using the MyFitnessPal mobile app. In order to be awarded Points with Go365 for doing so, you will need to connect your MyFitnessPal account with Go365 (How do I connect a Fitness Device?).
Then, you will want to be sure to set the Weekly Log mobile app activity, every 28 days (How do I set an activity in the Go365 Mobile app?). You can be awarded up to 10 Points each week, for the Weekly Log activity.
