Can you please delete the Go365 and reinstall the Go365 app. Then you can reconnect Apple Health to Go365.

- Account & Settings
- App & Device Connections
- Select the Health app
Once reconnected please make sure to log into the Go365 app daily to allow steps to transfer.
If I do this will I still get credit for past workouts or only starting after the day I delete the app?
We would only get the past few days after the connection is successful and active again. Once the issue is corrected we can work on trying to recover additional information.
