New Vivosmart 3 from the Go365 mall not working.

I just spent 30 minutes with Garmin support for the Vivosmart 3 I just received today from the Go365 mall.  I'm told it needs to be replaced, it keeps freezing up and disconnecting.  I tried to call the number you have on my invoice, but it is not a working number (which seems a little ridiculous).  How do I return this and get a replacement tracker?
