There is a natural delay that may cause no steps or partial steps to be shown until the remaining steps are backdated.
Please be sure to sync your device at least once per week to avoid missing data. Once your steps are showing on your device account, then allow 24-48 hours for the Points to be awarded.
Also, be sure that you are not manually tracking any exercise within your Fitbit account. This data will come to Go365 as unverified, and will not be awardable.
I tack my runs on my Ionic but that seems to have come through in the past
