Incorrect item received

I ordered the 24000 point Schwinn Fluid Bike trainer and received a Magnetic trainer (worth half the points) of a different brand (CycleOps instead of Schwinn).  How can I get the order corrected?  The item was shipped via Zanes but the 'Matrix' posted suggests that LifeFitness should be the vendor for 'Fitness Equipment'.  My 'order history' suggests that my item is still being 'prepared for shipment'.
