    General exception error

      I keep getting a message that says “a general exception has occurred” every time I try to log in to the Go365 app. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled/installed the app. When I try to log in on a computer I get a 500 server error message. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks for your help!
